Chan W. Lee, O.D., F.A.A.O. graduated from Nova Southeastern University, College of Optometry in Florida and completed his Ocular Disease and Primary Care residency at the Illinois Eye Instititue in Chicago. He found a passion for teaching during his residency and served as an assistant professor at the Illinois College of Optometry teaching and training future optometry students. Along with the opportunity to teach students, Dr. Lee gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in all areas of optometry (i.e. advanced contact lenses fitting, pediatric, vision therapy, low vision) as well as working closely with ophthamologist. He left the city of Chicago to become the clinical director for Vision Care International Ministries in Maryland. During this time, Dr. Lee went on several extended trips to countries in Africa and South America. He helped people access vision care in very poor and remote areas along with other medical professionals. Dr. Lee is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry in the concentration of Ocular Diseases. Dr. Lee made his last and hopefully final move to the City of Corona where he, his wife Lily and three children currently live. He is excited to be a part of this new and exciting city and hopes to use his extensive knowledge and skills to care for the residents of Corona, Riverside, and the neighboring communities. Dr. Lee has chosen to use the lastest digital equipment and electronic medical records to offer reliable and state of the art practice in Corona.
